Privacy Policy

How Quick Tax and Credit handles information on this website.

Quick Tax and Credit Solutions Inc (“Quick Tax and Credit,” “QTAC,” “we,” “us”) runs this website (quicktaxandcredit.com and quicktaxandcreditsolutions.com). This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect here, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. You can contact us about privacy in English or Spanish.

1. Information we collect

  • What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in, and any message you write.
  • What you type into our website chat: your messages and, if you give them, your name, phone number, and email.
  • How you found us: the ad campaign or link tags in the web address (for example utm_source or gclid), the page you first landed on, and the referring site. We keep these in a first-party cookie on this site (named qtc_ft, kept for 30 days) and send them along only when you submit a form.
  • Your cookie choice: whether you clicked Accept or Decline, stored in your browser (named qtc_consent, kept for 180 days).
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. If you click Accept, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel also receive this kind of data (see section 5).
  • Calls, texts, and emails you exchange with our team.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, or credit reports through the website forms or chat. If you become a client, we collect those documents separately, through the channels our team gives you, under your service agreement.

2. How we use it

  • To answer your question, call or text you back, and schedule a consultation.
  • To provide the tax, bookkeeping, credit-report, or business-funding services you ask for.
  • To send the right inquiry to the right person on our team.
  • To understand which pages and ads bring people to us (only if you click Accept).
  • To keep the site secure, block spam, and meet our legal and recordkeeping duties.

3. Forms, our CRM, and lead routing

When you submit a form, we send your details to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship (CRM) system our team uses to keep contact records, notes, and messages about your inquiry. We then pass the new contact to our automated lead router (built on n8n), which assigns your inquiry to a team member and alerts them in our internal team chat (Slack). Those tools hold your information for us, not for their own marketing.

4. Website chat

The chat on this site is answered first by an automated assistant powered by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude). It asks what you need and, if you agree, for your name and a phone number or email so a person can follow up. Your chat messages are sent to that AI provider to generate replies. When you share contact details, we create or update your record in GoHighLevel, add the chat transcript as a note, and notify our team in Slack so a person can take over. The live chat session itself is kept for about 24 hours. The chat is for questions and scheduling. It is not tax, legal, or credit advice.

5. Cookies, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies for measurement and ads. Nothing that tracks you loads until you choose.

  • If you click Accept: we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6YY895DHN4) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook). They use cookies and receive data such as the pages you view, your IP address, and browser details, so we can see how the site is used and which ads work. When you submit a form, we tell them that a lead happened, without your name, phone, or email.
  • If you click Decline, or make no choice: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not load. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with every category (analytics and ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization) set to denied by default.

The only cookies we set on every visit are the two first-party cookies described in section 1. They stay on this site and are not used to follow you elsewhere. To change your choice later, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit. Google and Meta handle the data they receive under their own privacy policies.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, including through a form, the chat, social media, or a conversation with our team, you agree that we may text you (SMS/MMS) about your inquiry: replies, appointment and follow-up information, and account or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (214) 647-1669. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The full program terms are on our SMS Terms page. If the two ever differ, the SMS Terms control for text messaging.

7. Client portal and payments

Existing clients can sign in to our client portal, linked as “Client Portal” in the site header. The portal is run for us by a service provider and is for people who already work with us. This website does not take payments or card numbers. Any payment for services is handled under your client agreement through our payment providers, not through the forms or chat on this site.

8. Who we share information with

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), our CRM (GoHighLevel), lead routing (n8n), internal team chat (Slack), the chat AI (Anthropic), text and email delivery, the client portal, payment processing, and, only if you click Accept, Google Analytics and Meta.
  • Credit bureaus, creditors, or tax authorities, only when you hire us for work that requires it.
  • Legal reasons: when the law, a court order, or fraud prevention requires it.
  • Business transfer: if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections.

We do not sell your personal information for money. When you click Accept, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics receive browsing data that can be used for advertising; some state laws, including California’s, may call that “sharing.” Clicking Decline stops it on this site.

9. Your privacy rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and how we got it, used it, and shared it.
  • Get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law (tax records, for example).
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising.
  • Limit our use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Texas and other states give similar rights. To make a request, email info@quicktaxandcreditsolutions.com or call (214) 647-1669. We will confirm your identity before we act, and you may use an authorized agent. We answer within the time the law allows (45 days under California law).

10. Security and how long we keep information

We limit access to the people and providers who need it, and the site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is 100% secure. We keep lead and client records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and professional recordkeeping rules (tax records can require several years), and then delete them.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Other websites

Our pages link to sites such as IRS.gov, the FTC, and the CFPB. Their privacy practices are their own.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
